Taylor is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield, where as part of the Bellevue Commercial Real Estate Team, he specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Puget Sound Region. Taylor leverages a well rounded skill set that includes experience in financial modeling and business development to provide his clients with a balanced approach to analyzing their needs.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Taylor gained a deep knowledge and understanding of the local markets as a Research Specialist for Colliers International. This familiarity with area and regional markets affords him the flexibility to serve a diverse client base ranging from tech start-ups to medical practitioners to industrial manufacturing and distribution companies.

Mr. Hudson also brings to Cushman & Wakefield a strong background in development of strategic marketing campaigns for real estate clients.
