Todd Vannatta, with over 33 years of experience, has completed more than 1,885 transactions totaling over $2.14 billion in lease and sale value, specializing in landlord and tenant representation within Industrial Services. He has represented notable clients such as General Electric Co., Carrier Corporation, and Becknell Industrial. His recent major transactions include a 145,000 SF build-to-suit for PTS Diagnostics and a 1,100,000 SF portfolio sale for MEPT. Todd is a Certified Supply Chain Professional, a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker, and the President of the Indiana Chapter of SIOR. He has received numerous awards, including the Indianapolis Industrial Division Leading Producer and the Midwest Real Estate News Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
