Troy Pollet joined Cushman & Wakefield at the start of 2024. An industry veteran with extensive experience as both a top producing broker for a global real estate firm and as a partner with a regional real estate development firm, Troy specializes in representing corporate clients and investors locally and nationally.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Troy was a partner at Cruzan, a vertically integrated owner-operator focused on acquiring, repositioning, and developing office and industrial assets throughout the West Coast. Based in Los Angeles, he focused on acquisitions, entitlement efforts and asset management for the firm. Prior to Cruzan, Troy spent 10 years as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE focusing on institutional agency leasing, investment sales, and multi-market tenant representation. While at CBRE, he was consistently a top producer and was named National Rookie of the Year.
