Tyler Kellogg is a Senior Managing Director inside of C&W’s Portfolio Solutions Team. Tyler helps companies build global solutions to improve their real estate operation through various outsourcing strategies. Tyler is responsible for both the development of solutions as well as the governance of many global accounts. To accomplish this, his team works closely with all of the Cushman & Wakefield service lines including Portfolio Strategy, Workplace Strategy, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Project Management and Facilities Management.

Tyler has 20 years of experience in corporate real estate. He has a diverse experience working in various sales and management roles at C&W. Prior to his current role Tyler served as a Managing Principal for five of C&W’s Northern California offices. This role included leading a team focused on Agency Leasing, Tenant Representation, Strategy Consulting, Capital Markets, Project Management, Property Management and other services to clients.
