During his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, Zane has completed more than 85 deals totaling over 3 million SF and representing over $350 million in gross consideration. Zane provides a complete range of services for multiple local and national clients ranging from institutional to private investors.
Prior to his Director title at Cushman & Wakefield, Zane developed a significant foundation in commercial real estate during a two-year period leading the Research Department for Cushman & Wakefield in Central Ohio. During this time, he gained a solid reputation for his thoughtful analysis and market insight. He also spent time overseeing regional and national market analysis reports for U.S. Realty Consultants
