Marla Maloney and Brad Kreiger Promoted to Co-Chief Executives for the Americas
CHICAGO – November 14, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) today announced a new operating model and leadership team in the Americas to accelerate growth by organizing key personnel around the company’s core client segments, occupiers and investors. These changes will better align the company to client needs across the real estate life cycle and will help speed delivery of innovative products and solutions.
Marla Maloney, previously president of Americas Services, is now Co-Chief Executive, Americas. In her new role, Maloney will oversee Americas Investor Services, working closely with the firm’s largest clients to address their needs across capital markets, agency leasing, property management, valuation and advisory and project management. In this role, she’ll closely partner with industry veteran Miles Treaster, who joined the firm in August as President of Capital Markets. Ms. Maloney has been with Cushman for more than two decades, and earlier served as President of Americas Services, overseeing Asset Services, Valuation & Advisory, and Project & Development Services in North and South America.
Brad Kreiger, who previously served as Chief Marketing Officer, is now Co-Chief Executive, Americas, focusing on Americas Markets, Operations and Occupier Advisory Services. His team will set the go-to-market approach to bring the firm’s full suite of advisory services to Americas occupier clients, provide oversight of local market delivery and lead continued development of innovative sales capabilities to support client connectivity across the company. Mr. Kreiger has more than two decades of real estate services management experience and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2015, most recently overseeing the firm’s marketing, communications and research functions.
“As we continue our transformation, we are elevating top leaders with significant client, market and operational expertise, and strategically realigning our capabilities to create better outcomes for colleagues, clients and shareholders alike,” said Andrew McDonald, Global President & COO. “By accelerating our recruiting efforts, enabling sales and insights through better-connected data, systems and processes, and improving coverage of key clients across service lines and geographies, we will generate superior outcomes and drive growth.”
Both Maloney and Kreiger will report to McDonald. Their appointments are effective Nov. 15, 2024.
