Celeste Fowden Rejoins Cushman & Wakefield to Lead Austin and San Antonio Markets

AUSTIN, December 9, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Celeste Fowden has joined the firm as Director of Brokerage in Austin and San Antonio.
Fowden will be based in Austin and will lead strategic growth initiatives for the firm’s advisory services, with responsibilities including recruiting top talent, growing market share across business lines and elevating client services.

Fowden brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her new role, including her previous tenure with Cushman & Wakefield as part of the Office Capital Markets team. Prior to joining the investment sales team, she represented some of the nation’s largest property owners, including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, KBS Realty Advisors and Trammell Crow Company, achieving over 800 closed transactions on more than 9 million square feet of office space across Dallas and Austin. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University’s M.J. Neeley School of Business.
