Ben Comm joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2009. He is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s best practices are implemented and overseeing consistent delivery of property management services. Ben also manages the profit and loss for the firm’s 50 million-square-foot Mid-Atlantic portfolio, which includes office, industrial, and retail properties. He brings more than 33 years of experience in real estate management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ben worked with Jones Lang LaSalle for 19 years, most recently as the Regional Manager, where he oversaw 18 million square feet in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD metro areas.
