Bill Hannula is Director of Life Sciences in Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office, where he leads the Project & Development Services (PDS) Life Sciences team. Bill brings over 25 years of project management expertise, including more than two decades in the pharma and biotechnology industries, leading major programs for clients such as Pfizer, Sanofi, Sarepta, Takeda, and Alexion. He has extensive experience as a project manager for construction managers, designers, and owners across all phases of project delivery, as well as deep understanding of the local Life Sciences industry. 

Bill spearheads the local growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s Owner’s Project Management (OPM) services in the Greater Boston market and ensures alignment between our national Life Sciences platform and local delivery of tailored, focused solutions. He brings together Life Sciences Project & Development Services, Asset Services and Brokerage teams to create a seamless, integrated client service experience.
