Blaine Black has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 1988, when he teamed with Richard C. Allen, then the President of Murdoch Management Corporation, to form what was the first and, at that time, only commercial real estate firm in Arizona exclusively representing office tenants.

Mr. Black joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 after a successful career as a Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company, which he joined in 1995 following his partnership with Mr. Allen.  During his entire years in the industry, Mr. Black has focused his efforts, both locally and nationally, exclusively advising office tenants and buyers of commercial office properties.  Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has been consistently in the “Top 10 Producer” list in the Phoenix office. Mr. Black is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group.

Mr. Black’s strong commitment to accomplishing client’s objectives and his penchant for hard work along with responsive results-oriented client service has enabled Mr. Black to become a valued partner to his many clients in need of real estate consultation.  Most recently, Mr. Black has represented numerous Fortune 500 corporations on complex lease, build-to-suit, land and building acquisition transactions, including law firms’ Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC, Lewis and Roca, LLP, Fragomen Del Rey Bernsen & Loewry, LLP, and corporate users such as McKesson Corporation, American Express, Ottawa University, PSCU Financial Services, and UnitedHealth Group, just to name a few.

Mr. Black is third-generation Phoenician, is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
