Profile

Since starting with Cushman & Wakefield in 1994, Brad Carnese has been involved in real estate transactions totalling over 5 million square feet and valued at $250 million. Brad joined C&W of Oregon, Inc. As an industrial broker/technical specialist. He focuses on Westside and Eastside sub markets, where he has helped businesses with property disposition, consolidation of facilities, and lease negotiations.

 

Brad received a B.A. in Communications and Business from Pepperdine University (1994) and is a licensed broker in the State of Oregon (1994). Brad received the C&W Deal-of-the-Year Award in 2003.

 

Brad is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Columbia Corridor Association and the Central Eastside Industrial Council Business Development Committee. Brad also gives his time to the Oregon Children’s Theatre Company and the Portland Opera as an advisor.
