Chad Beck is an office leasing broker at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. He has 21 years of experience in tenant representation and exclusively focuses on developing innovative strategies for his clients and their relocation, renewal, expansion, and disposition needs. Mr. Beck is a committed advisor to his clients by helping them make real estate decisions that are aligned with their strategic, financial, and operational objectives.

Mr. Beck is a native Houstonian and previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle. In his role as Senior Vice President, he helped clients analyze various occupancy scenarios, including build-to-suits, sale leasebacks and creative ownership opportunities. Mr. Beck’s diverse experience and market knowledge give him the expertise to strategically evaluate each transaction and provide results that maximize savings for his clients.

Chad graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bacheor of Science.  He currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and two children.
