Cushman & Wakefield also Arranges Financing for Founders Properties’ Acquisition of 122,259-square-foot, Fully Leased Industrial Property
DALLAS, November 13, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of Centerport 1 in Dallas-Fort Worth to Minneapolis-based Founders Properties.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Carpenter, Jud Clements, Robby Rieke and Trevor Berry represented the seller, while the firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Rob Rubano, Max Schafer and Brian Share arranged acquisition financing for Founders Properties.
Located at 4401 Cambridge Road in Fort Worth, Centerport 1 is a 122,259-square-foot distribution building that is fully leased to Venture Solutions, an industry-leading customer communications provider that specializes in printing and digital communication products. The building is located in CentrePort Business Park, a 1,300-acre master-planned business park that is situated just south of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth.
“Buildings in the Great Southwest submarket will continue to see outsized demand from both investors and occupiers due to the limited sites remaining for development and market leading DFW industrial fundamentals,” said Rieke.
