Chip Evans joined the firm in 2018 as an Associate in a Transaction Advisory role after graduating from Northwestern University. Chip is a member of C&W’s Chicago team that focuses on serving the needs of local businesses to large corporations in the Chicago CBD and across the globe. Chip specializes in helping his clients utilize their real estate holdings in order to maximize operational efficiency, achieve business scale, reduce costs where needed and maximize profitability. His responsibilities include all aspects of the real estate transaction process. Chip maintains an active presence in his community and currently serves on the junior board of the Alzheimer’s Association of Illinois.
