David Carnie’s career as a Real Estate Salesperson for Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company is a reflection of his lifelong ambition to serve the greater Syracuse community. A native of the North Side, David has served his community as a volunteer for his church, his children as a little league coach, and his country as a member of the United States Armed Forces (U.S. Army Retired).

Before joining the Cushman & Wakefield team, David gained valuable experience in inventory logistics and management with UPS, small business account representation and management for AT&T Global, and most recently in sales and distribution with Southern Wine and Spirits. Currently, he volunteers his time to work with Believe in Syracuse and its mission to promote this city as one that is on the rise through marketing, communications, and grass roots organizing. To further enhance his knowledge and understanding of the commercial and community dynamics Syracuse, David has become a participant in the Citizens Academy which is a collaborative community awareness project between FOCUS and Syracuse University.

David specializes in the office sector of downtown Syracuse and the surrounding suburban areas, Syracuse University, the Connective Corridor, and the Inner Harbor. He continues to build his expertise in the areas of efficient selling and marketing standards in order to better ensure the interests of the local tenants, buyers, and sellers of commercial real estate with whom he works closely. Ultimately, it is David’s commitment to his clients, and his discipline towards his mission, that ensures the high level of performance for which he has become known, while he continues to contribute to the growth and development of Syracuse.
