Roles and Responsibilities
Mr. Rodie has exclusively represented corporate users of commercial real estate for more than 30 years and recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with Cushman & Wakefield. Don has consistently played a leadership role in the Phoenix office during his long tenure with the firm. He has played active leadership roles in CoreNet Global together with various community organization advancing the reputation of the firm. Mr. Rodie has made a career goal of delivering value to corporate real estate professionals. As an MCR and SLCR designee of CoreNet Global, Mr. Rodie has completed extensive and rigorous curriculum designed to broaden business perspective and enhance strategic approaches to decision making.
Work Experience
Mr. Rodie was one of the original members of the Cushman & Wakefield team when the firm opened its office in Phoenix. Don has extensive experience advising technology firms and is a co-founding member of C&W’s Datacenter Advisory Group. He is also an active member of C&W’s Tenant Advisory Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Roadie has managed the deployment of a broad range of resources needed to ensure successful results for corporate clients. Client assignments have taken Mr. Rodie to virtually every major US city and markets throughout EMEA, APAC, Canada, Latin and South America. A partial list of Mr. Rodie’s significant corporate clients includes Abbott Laboratories, XO Communications, Citrix Systems, JDA Software Group and Phelps Dodge Corporation.
