Faith oversees the brokerage and headquarter operations for the Indianapolis market. In her role, she manages operational and administrative activities across the market, develops and supports strategic initiatives and ensures that the day-to-day activities run smoothly in Indianapolis.

Faith has a background in sales, marketing, project management and business development. After graduating from Ball State University, Faith earned rank of Staff Sergeant as an Aircrew Life Support Technician with the United States Air Force Reserves. She spent 16 years at Gannett in various roles including Regional Sales Marketing Manager, and most recently, 3 years at Hearthside Food Solutions as Sales Operations Manager.
