John Tran is an Executive Director located in the Orange County office of Cushman & Wakefield. John possesses over 11 years of real estate experience and has successfully advised major corporations and professional firms in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate on a local, national, and international basis. He is a partner of a multi-disciplined team of experienced professionals, created specifically to advise corporations on their most complex real estate transactions as well as their corporate real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, John was a part of New Century Financial Corporation’s in-house corporate services department, where he led the lease administration team and was directly involved in the management process of a national Corporate Real Estate (“CRE”) portfolio in excess of two million square feet. This experience lends to his diverse background in CRE management and provides him exceptional insight into tenants’ processes and requirements as well as landlords’ goals and motivations.
