Julie Brown is an Associate broker with Cushman & Wakefield’s Ogden commercial real estate team. Born and raised in the Ogden area, Julie has deep ties with the community and a detailed knowledge of the local Weber and Davis County demographics and community needs.

Julie’s broad range of commercial real estate experience includes six years in commercial brokerage, sixteen years property management, and five years in residential real estate, giving her a detailed understanding for the needs and wants of both landlords and investors, as well as tenants and buyers. Julie’s exceptional people skills, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile ensures the best possible outcome to her clients’ commercial real estate goals, thereby creating strong, enduring client relationships throughout Utah.

Julie has also owned and operated her own businesses along with her real estate career, giving her insight to the needs of her clients.  Finding the right location at an affordable rate is key to a business's success. Julie is dedicated to finding the right fit.  Being a Landlord herself, she also understands how important screening for the right tenant can be.  Having experience as a business owner and a Landlord, Julie has insight and detailed understanding of both tenant and Landlord needs.

Julie is very involved in her community.  She was a volunteer teacher at Youth Corrections for 7 years, PTA Vice-President and President and worked with Ogden City Pioneer Days and North Ogden Cherry Days for 11 years. Julie was named North Ogden’s women of the Year in 2004.  She is the mother of Five and she and her husband reside in North Ogden
