Kathryn Cruz joined the Retail Brokerage division of Cushman & Wakefield in 2021. Ms. Cruz has experience working with building owners, landlords, principals, and tenants. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Cruz worked as a Marketing Manager at Meridian Capital Group for their Investment Sales Division in New York. She spearheaded the marketing for a decorated group of Senior Executive brokers and has assisted in selling commercial properties, including multifamily, office, retail condominiums, and industrial assets across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Long Island, Westchester, Albany, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Ms. Cruz also has an in-depth knowledge of Market Research working for companies such as BD (Becton Dickinson), a multinational medical technology company and Jobson Research, the leading source of business intelligence in the optical industry. She was the point person for all data and research needs including data processing, analysis and reporting. Ms. Cruz was responsible for the promotion of products, developing email blasts, print ads, and running syndicated studies that track change over time to evaluate any trends in the market.

Ms. Cruz began her career in 2014 as a Marketing and PR (Public Relations) associate in New York and New Jersey.
