Michael Luu joined Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas in March 2024. Mr. Luu is currently an Appraiser for the Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support practice (“DALS”) with the Valuation & Advisory group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michael worked with Valbridge Property Advisors from February 2021 - February 2024.

Appraisal/valuation and consulting assignments include single/multi-tenant retail buildings; office buildings; industrial buildings; subdivisions, market rent analysis; RV and mobile home parks parks; proposed and retrospective valuations; special purpose properties including ranches, churches, ground leases, and residential land. Assignments have been concentrated in Texas; Dallas/Fort Worth, and rural cities.
