Mitzi Flexer is a Director of Brokerage at Cushman and Wakefield, where she has spearheaded some of the most creative and forward thinking deals in Brooklyn. Deeply integrated into the marketplace, as a lifelong resident of brownstone Brooklyn; Mitzi skillfully utilized the advantages of the Cushman and Wakefield platform and reach in combination with that local knowledge of the movement and development of various neighborhoods. Serving landlords and tenants alike, Mitzi has developed a reputation as someone who knows how to close a deal quickly after receiving an assignment; and as someone who will get a tenant into a much sought after space.

Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, Mitzi was a Business Development Executive at Computer System’s Institute (CSI) in Chicago, IL. There she served as the head of corporate relationships, strategic alliances, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
