Nash started with Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 and specializes in the leasing and investment sales of shopping centers and other retail properties throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nash worked at Voit Real Estate Services, where his focus was leasing industrial properties throughout San Diego.

Nash, and his partners, lead the Southern California Retail Advisory Team for Cushman & Wakefield. The team handles the agency leasing of around 9 million square feet of shopping centers throughout San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties. With experience in leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and ground-up development, they are capable of handling any task related to the retail landscape.

Having graduated from the University of San Diego, Nash remains heavily involved with the University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Association. He is also involved with the local San Diego chapter for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). In his free time, he enjoys surfing, camping, fishing, hunting, and working on older cars.
