Scott Alan joined Cushman and Wakefield in January 2019, bringing with him over 29 years’ experience as a leader in the arena of industrial representation and a reputation as a tenacious advocate for his clients. Mr. Alan specializes in sale and lease representation of industrial properties including industrial agency leasing and is a member of the Pacific Northwest Industrial Advisory Group. His ability to start and work closely with his clients and properly identify their needs, combined with his comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace and talent for delivering creative solutions, has made him a valuable business partner and consultant for many regional and international companies.
Mr. Alan began his career in commercial real estate at Seattle's Grubb & Ellis Company and was recognized there as a top producer consistently from 1989 - 1997. Mr. Alan's passion for customer service and continued self-improvement drives him to raise his personal performance year after year, earning him numerous awards. At Colliers International, he was honored with Career Bests in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2006 and 2015, the International Award of Excellence in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005-2008, 2010 and 2015, as well as being named among the top ten producers in the Pacific Northwest annually, 2001 through 2017. Mr. Alan has also been consistently named to the exclusive CoStar Group Power Brokers list as a top industrial leasing broker.
