Scott Borgia started his Commercial Real Estate career in 1985 with Norris, Beggs and Simpson in San Jose, CA. He is currently a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial property in the Reno market and Silicon Valley markets.. Scott brings more than 36 years of Silicon Valley and Reno commercial real estate brokerage experience to the Cushman & Wakefield team, completing over 1,350 transactions encompassing all disciplines of commercial real estate. Scott currently lives Reno, NV where he also was a commercial real estate from 2003-2011 and from 2021 to present.
