Scott Prosser, with 33 years of real estate experience, is a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc. Northern California Capital Markets Institutional Properties team. He has consistently been in the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s top 25 brokers, including ranked in the top 5 in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, and has been an ASVB broker of the year winner eight times, including Industrial Broker of the Year in 2001 and 2011 and Investment Broker of the Year in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Scott has leased or sold over $22 billion in commercial properties and land and elected to the ASVB Hall of Fame in 2018. 

Scott is a preeminent broker in Silicon Valley and has succeeded due to his thorough market knowledge, which enables his clients, including owners, tenants, developers, and investors, to make the best real estate decisions possible. 

Scott lives in Diablo, California with his wife Barbara, and daughters Keely and Nicole.
