One of the leading industrial brokers in New England, Sean has led Cushman & Wakefield's industrial group for over twenty years.  Sean represents some of the largest manufacturing and distribution companies in Connecticut, such as United Technologies and Lego, and has completed dispositions of some of the largest, highest profile and most challenging industrial projects in the region.  He often acts as an advisor to companies restructuring regional and national portfolios:  among the companies he has represented nationally for either acquisitions or dispositions are Unilever, United Technologies, Advo, Otis Elevator, Kmart and Allied Signal.

Sean's significant transactions include: several build-to-suit distribution centers over 1 million square feet, tenant representation assignments for complex manufacturing operations and building sales of both general purpose industrial and specialty manufacturing properties, such as food processing plants, precious metals refining operations and refrigerated warehouses.

Mr. Duffy graduated from Holy Cross College with a BA in Economics and lives in Wethersfield, CT with his wife and three children.
