Sean Kern focuses on office leasing and tenant representation in the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and North Orange County. In addition, Sean plays an integral role in investment sales. He maintains outstanding occupancy levels through excellent relationships within the brokerage community, on-going relationships with tenants and by continuously canvassing the general area for new tenants.

Since 2003, Sean has represented various landlords such as Layton-Belling & Associates, Watt Investment Properties, The Muller Company/G.E. Capital and AEW Capital Management. He has also represented many prestigious tenants such as Wells Fargo Bank, Travelers Insurance and Comerica Bank. After his first year in the business (with Trammell Crow Company), Sean was named “Rookie of the Year” for the Southern California region. In addition, he was awarded the “Broker of the Year” award from the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership in 2003 and 2004. In almost nine years, he has been involved in over three and a half million square feet of leasing transactions; he has also participated in over two million square feet of investment and owner/user sales. He currently represents several premier office projects in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire and each of those projects enjoy an above-market occupancy level.
