Sue Ann now specializes in tenant/buyer representation as well as the sale and leasing of commercial land, office, industrial and investment properties in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Her nine-year commercial real estate tenure in Massachusetts enables her to better service clients on both sides of the border. She has represented a wide variety of tenants including the Academy of Science & Design, Astronics Aerosat, Bellwether Community Credit Union, CAMP Systems International, Celestica, Founders Academy, Graphic Packaging, Integrated Labeling, Intel, Konica Minolta, Lindenmeyr Munroe, Motion Industries, Navico, VALIC and Walmart. Notable industrial assignments including the sale and leasing of the 121,775-square foot high-tech facility at 267 Lowell Road in Hudson; 778 Gold Street, 645 Harvey Road and 1050 Perimeter Road in Manchester; 22 Cotton Road and 472 Amherst Street in Nashua; several Hudson properties including PressTek’s 166,600-square foot headquarters at 55 Executive Drive, C&M Machine’s 40,000-square foot manufacturing facility at 32 Executive Drive and Atrium Medical’s 44,500-square foot warehouse at 29 Flagstone Drive. She has also worked on numerous landmark Southern New Hampshire office assignments including the leasing and sale of the 100,000-square foot Center of New Hampshire Office Tower, the leasing of the 219,700-square foot City Hall Plaza located at 900 Elm Street in Manchester; Bedford Executive Office Park; Birch Pond Office Park, 15 Trafalgar Square and 61 Spit Brook Road in Nashua; and 11 Continental Boulevard in Merrimack.

Sue Ann has four children, resides in Litchfield, and serves on the Litchfield Middle School Friend’s of Music board. She served on the Town’s Budget Committee from 1995 to 2001. She was a 2005 recipient of CoStar’s Industrial Leasing Power Broker and a 2009 recipient of the Steward of the Family award from Cornerstone Policy Research. For the past three years, Sue Ann and the NH team have won multiple awards from the CIBOR New Hampshire Commercial Real Estate Board. In 2016 they received awards for the Office Sale of the Year, Industrial Sale of the Year and the Union Leader Deal of the Year for the 110,000 SF build-to-suit for Gourmet Gift Baskets in Exeter. She served on the Trinity High School Football Foundation board for two years and currently is a member of Nashua’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and is a member of Manchester Christian Church.
