Joining Cushman & Wakefield's life science team in the Boston area in 2022, Talia Kudan Abad has provided outstanding service to some of the industry's top Biotech clients in Tenant, Landlord, and Buyer representation; and has recently joined the Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice, with a regional base in South Florida while supporting the commercial real estate needs of physicians, hospital groups, and medical executives throughout the state.  

Ms. Kudan Abad’s educational background includes a Master's in Business and a Master's in Science from Suffolk University, and she is licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida. Her expertise in Commercial Real Estate is complemented by her previous work experience with the mayor’s office of Workforce Development in Boston and The Center Women's Health at Suffolk University. Ms. Kudan Abad’s background in sociology, women's health, community service, and social justice has contributed to her success in the Healthcare sector of Commercial Real Estate.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Talia Kudan Abad’s has also played an active role in industry organizations. She has served on the Rising Leaders committee and as a Co-Chair for the Meds and Eds committee for CREW, as well as on the Developing Leaders Committee for NAIOP.

Beyond her work, Talia is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew, and French, which has been instrumental in her career and volunteer opportunities. When she's not working, Talia enjoys exploring new areas, hiking, biking, and spending time with family.
