Mr. Rowley is an Executive Managing Director and the US Practice Lead for the Hospitality and Leisure practice group for Cushman and Wakefield Valuation and Advisory services.  As the US Practice Lead Mr. Rowley is responsible for the valuation and advisory services for all Hospitality related assets, golf courses, sports and entertainment facilities and marinas across the Nation. Prior to his current role Mr. Rowley served as the Director of Valuation for Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia as well as serving as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Lead for industrial properties. Prior to the Director of Valuation position, Mr. Rowley was a Senior Director within the Richmond, Virginia office of Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory. 

Until 2017, Mr. Rowley was employed as an Associate Director for Joseph J. Blake and Associates from 2008 through 2017. From 2006 through 2008, he was an Associate with Cushman and Wakefield and a member of the Hospitality and Gaming Group. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2008, Mr. Rowley was a commercial real estate broker for Thalhimer/Cushman and Wakefield in Richmond, Virginia.

His experience includes all hotel types and resorts, complex mixed-use developments, land development including large mixed-use properties and proposed subdivisions, golf courses, industrial buildings, retail properties and specialty waterfront use properties such as marinas and commercial ports, trophy office properties and all multifamily properties including LIHTC and market rate units.
