With more than 100 members in the U.S. alone, the Industrial Practice Group provides valuation services for clients ranging from corporations, institutional investors, advisors and lenders, to owners.
We routinely team up with our Portfolio Valuation Group to appraise some of the largest industrial portfolios (transactional and annual reporting) in North America. These valuation services range from appraisals for lenders in support of major M&A transactions and other financings to quarterly and annual valuations for major equity funds, investors and REITS.
